What Is Your Return Policy?Updated 3 months ago

We offer a 90-day, no-questions-asked return policy on all retail products purchased directly from BodyHealth.com or our retail store in Florida.

To request a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Delight Team by phone or email us at [email protected]

  2. We’ll issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  3. Send your item(s) back to us with the RMA clearly noted on the package

  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within a few business days

📌 Return Policy Details:

  • One opened bottle per product is eligible for return

  • Any additional items must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging

  • Returns are not accepted for: samples, gift cards, or opened Kaqun water

  • Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase

  • Products must be accompanied by a receipt or order number

  • Returns outside this window are not eligible for refund or exchange

  • Items purchased through Amazon or other retailers must be returned to the original seller

📦 Note: While we offer free shipping on orders, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
