We offer a 90-day, no-questions-asked return policy on all retail products purchased directly from BodyHealth.com or our retail store in Florida.
To request a return:

We’ll issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Send your item(s) back to us with the RMA clearly noted on the package
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within a few business days
📌 Return Policy Details:
One opened bottle per product is eligible for return
Any additional items must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging
Returns are not accepted for: samples, gift cards, or opened Kaqun water
Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase
Products must be accompanied by a receipt or order number
Returns outside this window are not eligible for refund or exchange
Items purchased through Amazon or other retailers must be returned to the original seller
