We totally get it — but before you cancel, consider these flexible options:

1. Downgrade Your Plan:
Reduce quantity or switch to single-item orders to better fit your budget or usage.

2. Take a Break:
Skip an order if you’re stocked up. No need to cancel!

Still want to cancel?

  • If you’ve had your subscription for 3+ billing cycles, you can cancel it directly in your customer portal:

    1. Log in

    2. Click Subscriptions

    3. Select Edit on the one you want to cancel

    4. Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom left

📌 You’ll need to do this for each subscription individually.
If your subscription is newer than 3 billing cycles, contact Customer Delight and we’ll assist you.
