Can I Return a Product I’m Not Satisfied With?Updated 3 months ago

Yes — if you’re not happy with a product, we want to make it right.

You can return any item within 90 days of purchase. One opened bottle of each product may be returned; any additional returns must be unopened and in sealed containers.

To return a product:

  1. Request an RMA number from our Customer Delight Team

  2. Follow the return instructions provided and include your RMA number clearly on the package

  3. Ship the product back to us at your expense

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund — please allow a few business days for it to reflect on your account.
